Processed Cases

Processed Cases

Our processed brass cases receive full in-house attention from start to finish at our family-run facility. We source locally from indoor ranges, then clean and polish every case in walnut media before moving them through our precision processing workflow. A lanolin-based lubricant is used during processing and removed before final packaging to ensure smooth handling and reliable feeding.

To make sure each case meets original equipment (OE) specifications, we use roll-sizing to restore base dimensions, and automated processing equipment — including Camdex case processors and Dillon 1050 Pro machines — to handle sizing, primer pocket work, and quality checks. For our .223 cases, we deprime and ream using a VP-Auto Reamer to ensure primer pockets are the correct size, and we also run them through a trimmer on the Dillon machine that precisely trims the neck of each case while performing an additional sizing step. Our Camdex equipment is used extensively on 9mm cases and includes air checks for cracks, primer-pocket swaging, and re-sizing to confirm each case meets strict tolerances.

Every case is inspected during and after processing; we only ship brass that passes our checks for safety, dimensional consistency, and overall condition. As with all our products, orders are packaged in-house and come from a trusted, family operation that values consistency and customer confidence.
